Erste Arbeiten im größeren Format. Einführung der Zwei-Ebenen-Technik. Das eigentliche Motiv wird durch eine zweite Farbebene überlagert, die wie eine über die Farbe gelegte Folie wirkt. Zur Verstärkung des Effekts wird teils mit hochglänzendem Klarlack gearbeitet. Weitere Experimente mit der Verschmelzung von Vordergrund und Hintergrund.
